Afterburner reports fans speed at about 66% but actual fan tachometer goes to max (~3500rpm). I had the GPU support bracket installed so no GPU sag. Already tried to reseat the GPU and adjusting the support bracket.

My custom curve doesnt mean anything to gpu. After some point 2 of 3 fans (only side fans of gpu) start ramping. Around 5-6k rpm.
