WebOne thing to note about Old Rag is height and upper body strength due to the rock scrambles. I'm 5'3 and had to be lifted at one point and my 5'1 friend had even more difficulty, but I've seen kids do it so it's not impossible. Old Rag is fun and has great views, so I'd recommend going after doing a few other hikes.
