If the WiFi network isn’t showing up, perform a factory reset on the device. Webclamp A on phase1 connected to "A" on 3EM. Live cable (line input) from that phase1 connected to "VA" on 3EM. and similarly for phase2 and phase3. The clamps are on cables before the main switch. The line input cables are attached after the main switch. The neutral is connected directly to the yellow/green cable entering the flat.
